If you're a high spender, the Capital One Venture X Business card has a really interesting limited-time welcome offer of up to 350k bonus miles: 150k miles after a $30k spend in 3 months, plus 200k after a $200k spend in 6 months. Because the card also earns 2x on all spend, the $200k spend in 6 months would earn a total of 750k points, which is an effective 3.75% back. This offer is definitely not for everyone, but if you have a lot of spend, it could be worth a look.

I still think this is one of the best deals of the year! One of my favorite travel cards has a limited-time welcome offer of 100,000 bonus points that is worth $1,250+ if redeemed strategically.
